The Cobalt Group Business and Leadership Development Academy™ (BLDA)is a center of excellence offering business and leadership development for:

  • And anyone who has a professional goal to lead a successful business, or grow into a leadership position

Curriculum consists of a series of workshops and presentations for participants to gain knowledge in:

  • Organizational Management
  • Strategic Planning
  • Career and Personal Development
  • Coaching and Mentoring
  • Effective 360⁰ Communication
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Employee Engagement
  • Enhanced Leadership Development Training
  • And other topics necessary to be effective leaders in public, private, and nonprofit sectors

 The nine academic-month Academy program is designed to build the business and leadership skills participants need to fulfill leadership roles in their communities, businesses, and professional careers. The program format includes a series of workshops during which participant interaction is crucial for an integrated learning experience.

 Each quarter consists of three sessions. Each session runs for four-week (8 hours per session). These sessions meet one day per week for 2 hours. There is a separate, concurrent session that will run on the Saturday following the weekday workshop for those that find it more convenient to attend during weekends.

 The Academy curriculum consists of 72 hours of formal training. Participants may sign up for just one or two sessions, a full quarter, or the entire academic year. It’s designed for participants to either take the entire curriculum (recommended), or choose the sessions that may seem most relevant to your business and leadership development needs.

 There are over 150 workshops available. They are modular in design and the workshops may be hand-selected and customized to meet your organization’s needs, and conducted in your organization’s facilities.
